Mollie Hemingway torched the judges who are essentially running the United States right now, preventing many aspects of President Donald Trump’s agenda from coming to fruition.
She took the judiciary to task for defying the will of American voters who elected Trump to implement the promises he campaigned on, many of which are now in limbo thanks to their rulings. She also pointed out that these judges had precious little to say about “due process and rule of law” when previous administrations were allowing untold numbers of migrants to flood across the southern border.

@MZHemingway: Rogue judges “don’t care who won the election” — want to implement Democrat immigration policy from the bench:

“It’s hard to take people in good faith when they’re talking about due process and rule of law when they didn’t care at all about due process and rule of law when the border was completely open to bring in tens of millions of illegal immigrants over the past few decades, and nobody cared about this,” she said. “That’s why this nationwide injunction case before the Supreme Court is so important. You had an election, and Donald Trump was very clear that he wanted to shut down the border and he wanted to deport people who are here illegally. And people voted for that.”
“And now you have all of these rogue lower-level judges who are, frankly, embarrassing the Supreme Court with these temporary restraining orders and nationwide injunctions, where they’re saying, we don’t care who won the election, we’re going to pretend that Joe Biden is still president or that Kamala Harris won the presidency,” Hemingway continued. “And we’re going to implement their immigration policies through these nationwide injunctions. I think the Supreme Court is saying, and it’s- by the way, it’s justices on both sides of the aisle, Elena Kagan has said you can’t have a nationwide injunction where you can just wait out the presidency and have some partisan political judge decide what the policy is.”
“So this is a real opportunity for the court. And I imagine they’re going to take it and give some guidance to lower judges.”

They need to do something about these rogue activist judges.

I would bet money that starting on the morning of Nov 6th there has been a coordinated effort between Democrats and District Court judges to organize this attack on Trump’s executive actions.
There’s no way this is organic.— Texas Boomer (@marklindesr) May 5, 2025
I don’t think we can depend on the Supreme Court. They’ve already shown they will break the law themselves with that last ruling where they issued that decision in the middle of the night before the lower courts ruling and without a response from the Trump’s side.

When I was convicted of a class 6 undesignated felony.
I lost my rights for 8 years and still have to jump through hoops
They smuggled 18 + million illegals into this country that have more rights than I do as a natural born American
Sure there’s no problem

She has more faith in SCOTUS than I do. I’m old enough to remember the Obamacare decision and Schrödinger’s penalty/tax.
