A shocking video captured the terrifying aftermath of the fiery crash that “Bob’s Burgers” voice actor Eugene Mirman narrowly survived Tuesday.
The video shared by TMZ showed the car fully engulfed in flames as firefighters battled to bring the blaze under control, with thick clouds of smoke billowing into the air.
Authorities said New Hampshire State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash at a toll plaza on the F.E. Everett Turnpike in Bedford around 11:55 a.m. March 31, according to a police press release.
A veteran State Trooper and New Hampshire Republican Gov. Kelly Ayotte were among several witnesses who reportedly helped rescue Mirman by pulling him out of the vehicle through the car window. He was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.
Firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze that left Mirman’s 2026 Lucid Gravity reduced to mere wreckage.
Fire trucks barred public access to the toll, TMZ reported. Several first responders could be seen looking on as the stubborn smoke filled the area.
Mirman’s representative issued a statement to TMZ.
“Eugene was in a very scary car accident. He wants to thank the bystanders, state police, first responders and hospital staff who saved him,” the statement read.

“He is grateful to be on the mend. At this time, we kindly ask for privacy for Eugene and his family as he focuses on recovering from his injuries,” the rep continued.
The exact nature of his injuries was not disclosed. No charges have been filed yet, and the crash is being investigated, according to police.
